Through this partnership, Keith helps clients: reduce personal and business taxes through strategic entity structuring, protect personal and business assets from liabilities and legal risks, and pass control of assets to beneficiaries without triggering taxes, litigation, or probate.

Keith’s approach combines technical financial acumen with a deep understanding of legal and structural strategies, empowering entrepreneurs to safeguard their wealth, ensure business continuity, and build lasting legacies. This self-made businessman understands the importance of keeping a business going at all costs.
